- All orders are shipped from our facility in the United States, located at 28 Town Forest Rd, Unit B, Webster, MA 01570 USA
- Shipping carriers and service levels, outside of Express options, are at our discretion. Generally, we ship via USPS (Priority Mail and First Class Mail) and UPS Ground.

Returns, Damaged Orders & Missing Items
Returns
- All orders, regardless of size, are covered by a 30 day return policy
- To return an order, you must contact us via e-mail at [email protected], via our contact form, or you can call us at 1-888-312-6971 for return instructions
- Orders returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded
- Returned product must be in new and useable condition for a refund
- Rails that have been installed are not eligible for return
- Outgoing shipping charges, including any express shipping, are not refundable
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed or refunded
Damaged Orders & Missing Items
- Damaged items reported within 7 days of receipt will be replaced at no charge to the customer
- Missing items reported within 7 days of receipt will be investigated, and if deemed missing, will be replaced at no charge to the customer
- The customer must cooperate with any request for proof of damages or missing items, including providing pictures, allowing carriers to retrieve and inspect damaged goods, or any other reasonable request for proof of damage or missing items
- Replacements will be processed at the original shipping service level requested
- For Standard Shipping, replacements will typically ship within 48 hours and arrive within 1 to 7 business days
- For Express Shipping, replacements will ship at the original service level selected
- Damages or missing items not reported within 7 days of receipt will not be eligible for replacement
